DRAWINGS FROM THE PAST

This is a portfolio of illustrations I did in the mid 1990s. I did a few jobs here and there, but it never really got off the ground as a business. I still love to doodle and may take it up again a some day. See my intro from back then.

WHO AM I?

Trust me, there's not much to know. I am an artist who is venturing into the cut-throat world of illustration with my eyes wide open. For the last 10 years or so I've been on the other side of the mouse as an art director for Scholastic Inc..

My illustration style has become kind of a well kept secret, I tend to only get jobs by word of mouth. But this site and an ad in Workbook should start to get the word out. What that means to you, gentle art director, is that there is no deadline too crazy, no contract too bizarre, and no job too big to surprise me. But remember, I have walked among you and know your ways. You can hire me worry-free, and expect the best results.
